At Empower Growth Counseling, our specialty is working together with children, teenagers, (and their families) who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health issues.
We also specialize in offering support to parents who are navigating challenging situations personally or with their children.

By providing clients with specific skills that they can put into practice immediately, we work to empower our clients to be "in charge" of their lives and overall well-being. Through listening and encouraging clients to use the strengths they already have within them, we develop a treatment plan that clients are excited to work toward.
